In 1997, after teaching elementary school for a number of years, Cindy joined the late Sheldon Hoffman, then of S.R. Hoffman & Associates, to become a sales and marketing agent for the North Star Lofts. This was a collaborative, pioneering effort with Brighton Development Corporation, Paul Madson & Associates and Kraus-Anderson Construction to renovate the landmark North Star Blanket Factory.
Over the next nine years, Cindy and Shel went on to sell out four additional award-winning buildings on Minneapolis’s historic river front: Stone Arch Lofts, Washburn Lofts, Humboldt Lofts, and Park Avenue Lofts.
