from Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal by Jim Hammerand:
A buyer is lined up for the 128-year-old Lake of the Isles home that actor Josh Hartnett listed in January for nearly $2.4 million. The sale of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom Victorian house is scheduled to close on Saturday, a representative of the broker said Monday.
The likely buyer and sale price for the Minneapolis home, at 2405 E. Lake of the Isles Parkway, haven't been disclosed. The listing price of $2,395,000 is what Hartnett paid for the house in 2002, according to Hennepin County property tax records Hartnett graduated from South High School in Minneapolis in 1996 and is best known for his roles in feature films such as Pearl Harbor (2001) and Black Hawk Down (2001).
