Meet Gabriela, Our Newest Team Member!
We're excited to welcome Gabriela Chenoweth to the team! Gabriela is our Listing & Client Care Coordinator and provides excellent service for all our clients! Here’s a little Q&A to get to know her.
What are your favorite childhood books?
"The Giving Tree" + Collection of poems entitled "Falling Up" by Shel Silverstein.
What is your most treasured holiday tradition?
My family and I have just started a new tradition this year, in lieu of Christmas gifts we donate funds or purchased items to charities that mean the most to each of us. This year, I brought toys, cleaning supplies and dog beds to the Minnesota Humane Society. I know this new tradition is something we can treasure together for many years to come. I have already started incorporating this idea into other relationships as well and am so excited to see what's on everyone's 'Christmas List' next year!
What part of your heritage are you most proud of?
I would have to say my Italian background is something I have always been pretty proud of. When my Great Grandma immigrated from Benevento, she began a small italian grocery store on Payne Avenue in St. Paul. Growing up in an Italian, entrepreneurial household, has absolutely influenced me in many aspects of my life. Pasta, anyone?
What are your favorite charity/causes?
I absolutely believe in helping those that cannot help themselves. This, combined with a lifelong passion for helping animals in need, I am proud to support:
MN Humane Society, Secondhand Hounds, and more!
This year, I have also added the following Australian organizations to my most valued, who are helping save and rehabilitate Australian wildlife affected by the Bushfires:
WWF Australia, Adelaide Koala Rescue
If you had an extra hour in the day, what would you spend it doing?
In the winter? Creating a fun new plant-based recipes in the kitchen!
In the summer? I can't pass up taking an extra long walk along the river with my Significant Other and dachshund, Pippa!
