who we are
At the Cynthia Froid Group, our philosophy is simple: be the master of your craft, work hard, and have fun!
While many real estate agents try to be everything to everyone, we take great pride in being highly specialized in the intricacies of the urban market, and we are considered the experts in downtown Minneapolis real estate. We have a keen focus on Minneapolis real estate, ranging from riverfront lofts and luxury condos to townhomes, brownstones, and single family homes in some of the most vibrant neighborhoods of downtown Minneapolis. Our “sweet spot” however, is the premier downtown riverfront neighborhoods of the Historic Mill District and North Loop. In addition to staying on top of the market, we are incredibly active with the community.
Our office is located in the heart of the Mill District, across from Mill City Museum. We are proud to be a resource to neighborhood residents, business owners and tourists alike.
Meet our team of downtown Minneapolis experts - we each are unique with specialized skills; when we come together, our team is incredibly strong. We offer many years of experience and exceptional skills to best serve you during your buying or selling experience.
