St. Pierre Steak & Seafood
St. Pierre Steak & Seafood is the latest restaurant from legendary owners Isaac Becker and Nancy St. Pierre. The menu combines many iconic dishes from their beloved former restaurant Burch with gorgeous steaks and incredible fish dishes like barramundi in crazy water.

Animales BBQ
Cult favorite barbecue food truck Animales are finally opening their first restaurant, complete with a full bar for adults, a play place for kids, live music, and plenty of seating for the whole family.
241 Fremont Ave N, Minneapolis
Japanese fast-casual spot Cafe Yoto is the younger sister of heavy hitters Sanjusan and Kado No Mise. They specialize in craveable every day dishes like brothy bowls of udon noodles and crispy donburi over rice.

Rustica Bakery has opened a new location downtown at Washington Square, perfect for a mid-morning kouign-amann and coffee.
Owamni recently announced their upcoming partnership with the Guthrie, and will be moving into the Guthrie Theater in Spring 2026.
Rosalia Pizza has a new location in Northeast! Come for the wood fire pizza, stay for the charred cauliflower.
